Reflekt rebuilds all classic OEM parts ourselves in our partner factories across China and Southeast Asia.

We design and invest in our own machine toolings and molds to ensure we can control the quality of our OEM+ parts. Our ambition is always to ensure the parts we create match the finish and quality of the originals, but furthermore, if there is opportunity to improve the specifications, durability or aesthetic over the original part, we aim to do so as long as the cosmetic difference in the resulting part is impossible to notice.

This is why we call our parts OEM+ as we aim to deliver a part as great if not better than the OEM stock item.

The short answer is YES!

The longer answer is retooling lost parts from the classic eras is very time and cost intensive. In order for us to consider to rebuild classic parts, we need to have a considerable amount of the Vehicles' community come forward with the same need, the part will be assessed then based on its cost, how many we need to produce to actually break even and if the community is behind us on helping us to rebuild more of this particular communities' parts needs.

For mechanical components we offer a 1 year limited warranty for any motors or switches that should perform for many years.

For cosmetic parts and wear and tear items we do not offer a warranty once the part is installed on the car. If any part is damaged during shipping this is something to be solved with shipping insurance.

We however reserve the right to assist customers with replacement parts if we deem there is an exceptional circumstance (such as that particular part has a unique flaw that disables it from functioning as intended) these situations are handled case by case but Reflekt will always treat returns and refunds with as much as as possible to ensure our customers are happy with the overall outcome of any issues arising from working with our parts.

Yes! Reflekt is happy to ship parts World-Wide. Please be mindful of your local customs duties and taxes for importing specialist parts like Reflekt makes. If in doubt, please contact us for assistance in working this out.

To some markets such as USA, we have localised stock with shipping already factored into the landed cost. For other markets outside of China and East Asia we usually will charge a shipping fee, with most major markets calculated for you at checkout

The simple answer is, order our parts and snap your vehicle with your parts installed to be uploaded to our community gallery and have your car page linked to it. Reflekt Community members also get Community Preferred Pricing and access to R&D with us on future OEM+ part designs and which parts we prioritise to make next.

Reflekt's Headquarters is based in Hong Kong chosen because of the free market western legal system it's situated in, yet within 2 hours reach of the majority of automotive factories for controlling Reflekt's parts production.

We have a team floating currently between China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam to produce our parts with a team of English, Chinese, Vietnamese and Japanese speakers operating the brand and overseeing production.
